Larson hops in place, getting painted by the jab of Ruiz. He looks three divisions smaller, and about ten times slower. Larson's eyes are already puffy from the jabs of Ruiz. Clinch. Ruiz bends his knees and bobs, taking half-steps back and lining up the 1-2 and some hooks off the jab. Larson plunges forward with climbing left-right-left flurries and gets stung repeatedly by jabs and straight rights turned over crisply at full extension by Ruiz. Larson flaps his way in and takes a few inward sweeping cuff shots to the side of the head. DOWN GOES LARSON on a check hook while throwing sloppy overhands on the way in. He stays on his knee until Nady reaches eight. Ruiz bangs the body with a right, then clubs one down across Larson's head. Another clubbing shot as Larson stubbornly flurries in. Nice 1-2 by Ruiz. Ten seconds left. A few slicing shots to the body by Larson.
