This is a good fight or Pac should fight a prospect like Hector David Saldivia instead at Welterweight.

Thats cool if oscar was shot, then he was dead against pac.

Judah fight was negotiated before the baldomir fight in which judah was expected to win, so your point is mute:lol:

However cotto cherry picked judah as well.

Look, everyone knows Yuri Foreman sucks nuts (in terms of fighting style/watchability) and couldn't draw a fly.

But Pac will pack them in and he'll have a chance to beat down Foreman like he did ODLH. So, it becomes a compelling fight because of Pac's style and chance at history.

    Who?

beating the Raptors mascot will add as much to his legacy as beating that guy would.

    waste of time.

interesting but not very likely, how big a guy you want to match Pac with? Yuri's not a bad fighter and I'm not sure the comparatively light mosquito bites Pac could deliver would match the weight differance. He may not have a lot of KO's but dayum that's alot of weight

I'm the guy that said ODLH looked like the Crypt Keeper vs Pac. No argument there. Bernstain (sp?) f*cked ODLH for that fight. But PBF didn't get the TKO, either.

    Not defending Cotto.

Judah fight = should have been able to get out of it after he lost to Baldomir. If not, weak contract, IMO. Title clause should have been in the deal.

If you guys had this chance, you know you'd take it in 2 seconds. I thought you would if Cory Spinks would have got a MW belt (or did he get one, can't recall?).

This fight adds NOTHING to his legacy and it will look terrible for him. Just a paper title.

I will be very disappointed if it came to this. Considering Pac would have gone from potentially the most lucrative and most marketed fight of all time against Mayweather to instead fight YURI FOREMAN?; the word anticlimactic comes to mind.

WHO IS THE YOUNG BLOOD IN THE DIVISION
    From Eastsideboxing in 2006

Hector David Saldivia- he’s unknown in the states but is making a bit of noise in his native Argentina. He’s only 22 with a 20-0 record. He stopped the durable and crafty Omar Weiss in his last fight. That’s not an easy task. He has a long road ahead but you’ll see him in the next couple of years.

I read an article that on him, where the writer was really impressed with him. I can't find it now. since this note, He was KO'd in 5 but had a rematch and won by 1st round KO, avenged his only loss. Hes the young blood of the Welterweight divsion, supposely, never seen him fight before, but as you can see theres a lack of talent at Welterweight. So Pac would probaly have to move up or down, for his legacy than, but I rather see him fight a well known Welterweight prospect, than any of the current crop. But whatever just a sugestion. We are matching him with Yuri

That's true -- it would be a weak fight to watch. Not a good fight to bolster PBF's marketing power, IMO. I'd have Floyd wrestle Big Show again before I'd fight Spinks, unless, maybe, he had a MW strap.

Come to think of it, that could hurt you guys in terms of Pac purse negotiations. Hmmm. Yeah, would have to balance legacy vs $$$, etc.

I thought you guys might do that if Spinks beat Taylor in the past, or something like that.

Cory Spinks = boring. That's why I don't know if he has a strap. LOL! :rofl
