I dont understand why Cotto wouldnt want to make it a title fight. Its good for promotion he'll make more $ from PPV sales to overcome the sanctioning fees.

I see lots of hate for Pacquiao for wanting the WW title at a catchweight. Let's make it fair for everyone. Let's throw some hate for these other fighters for participating in a catchweight fight.

300 g's is a lot of scratch, especially if you're not really fighting at the ww limit. I understand Pac's point of view, but I also definitely understand Cotto's. If I was Miguel, I wouldn't want to pay that much just to maybe give it up when there's a chance I'm gonna be drained.
