Manny Pacquiao Watches Sergio Matinez's Calling out of him after his fight

it is not about the height but the weight. Mohammd Qawi was barely 5'6 yet he fought at lightheavyweight against Spinks and Holyfield. Tyson was barely 5'11 yet he was heavyweight champ.

Sergio at fight night is around 170-176lbs. that tells you he can max out at 168 or even at 175. Pac at fight night is 148lbs and he is fighting at 147, his maxed out weight

 

142-145 is the range where he weighs-in. at or near 148 is his walk-around weight. Beyond that, he would need to fatten up and stop training

 

If Martinez indeed had aspirations of fighting Pac and Mayweather, why in the hell has he been putting on muscle and getting bigger?

He wants to make sure he is a strong middleweight.. while at the same time saying he doesn't want to fight middleweights and is calling out welterweights.

He's too big and strong for Pac right now. DiBella said Martinez would "probably" accept a 152 catchweight from Team Pac when i asked him in a tweet yesterday. Well get him down to 154 and let's see how strong he looks and what he rehydrates to and see if they can tempt Pac that way. Any welter would be a fool to fight this guy now giving up 20lbs in the fight

Also on :31 - :35 he's not praising Martinez, at least I don't think so. Wala means "nothing" and he's saying it as Martinez misses shots.

Im sure he didn't like it. Pac is an alpha male and likes to prove people wrong especially if someone who he feels is a threat challenges him.

 

either way that was kind of an awkward moment when Martinez challenged Pac/May considering he is much bigger than them, i don't think Max or any of the HBO crew really expected that response lol.

I like MP, but I think Sergio is to much for him. I'd give him props for taking the fight, but I can't see him winning it.
