    I worked with Pacquiao back in the day at McDonalds when he still was skinny and had the mushroom haircut. He was always telling us how he wanted to be the best fighter in the world and everybody laughed at him but i knew he was something special. Now he is the best pound for pound fighter in the world and im the General Manager at the same McDonalds the Great Manny Pacquiao once worked.

    They both needed each other.. Look at them, they're both like father and son now.. You don't see better chemistry between a fighter and trainer than these two..

    They are a perfect match, Roach's in and out, side to side style of boxing works perfectly with Pac.

    But IMO if Pac didn't find Roach Manny Stewards or even Ronnie Shields could have done a good job with him.
