    Congratulation to Manny Pacquiao for winning the 2009 Fighter of the Year Award and Fighter of the Decade Award as several sources have already claim him. Pacquiao won the Fighter of the Year Award last year also. There were several nominees this year including Klitschko Bros., Nonito Donaire, Paul Williams, Lucian Bute, Andre Ward, Timothy Bradley, Vic Darchinyan, etc....
