Pac is getting robbed big time, even if you dont like him you have to admit its really unfair. the guy has been in so many wars and yet he is surrounded by leaches It wouldnt surprise me if he ends up with 10% of the purse after a fight.
He is lucky he is from the philipines where he has an ali like image.
So even of he ends up with nothing he can do the things tyson does now and still live good. 'but he definitely deserves more and if he is smart he gets **** together before he fighst floyd.

    You're a ****ing ******.

Arum deserves 10% at best. Pacquiao does all the work, wins the fights, and nobody pays to see Arum in the ring, they pay to see Pacquiao.

Pacquiao got famous because he beat DLH bad, Arum had nothing to do with it. If Pac was with Haymon or DiBella he'd be just as famous. Same way Mayweather GOT famous after he LEFT Arum.

Pacquiao is on the path of many boxers before him. It's not too late to rectify the situation. He needs to get the right people around him. Bob Arum making 27% is pure comedy. Manny needs to smarten up.

Yeah cos Lou DiBella has built so many superstars who are able to generate enough that he's able to pay them 20 million a fight. Mayweather got superstar famous after the De la Hoya fight, just like Pac did, and Floyd didn't beat Oscar up at all. Arum was the one who built De La Hoya up in the first place so he could be the massive draw he was. Mayweather wouldn't be half the draw he was without the De La Hoya fight. And Mosley didn't become a big draw beating De La Hoya, so it's also dependant on how the fighters are handled and matched after getting the exposure of such a big fight too.

Haters are the ones saying Pac's career since signing with Arum has been perfectly orchestrated, and that's why he's seen as being so good and become so big. Now you want to take the credit away from Arum if it makes Pac look dumb that he's paying him a good %? (might not be 27%, where's the proof of that?. wasn't the genisis of that claim Floyd Mayweather's mouth?)

Why wasn't Pac making the kind of money before he signed with Arum, he was having big fights back then too? Arum's put up gauranteed big money for Pac's fights and their promotion, for risky fights like Clottey, Margarito and Mosley many said wouldn't sell, that doesn't go without risk, he deserves the returns he's getting as much as Pac deserves the big days Arum was able to get him.

Back to Mayweather, he's a different character to Pac. He loves money, loves talking **** and promoting himself, just flat out egoccentric and greedy who craves attention and cash. He's a natural self-promoter, Pac isn't. He's better equiped to work as a free agent, but still needs a promoter and advisor, and you think he's not paying them either?

lol..well Arum is the Floyd Mayweather of the boxing promotions business, certainly as greedy and dedicated to making money. But hey, I'm all for fighters getting most of the money, but I'm not blind to think the sport doesn't need promoters. It would be as popular as lacrosse today without guys like Arum giving a **** enough to try to make money from it

Based on Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) figures, Pacquiao earned $3 million against Juan Manuel Marquez in March 2008; $3 million against David Diaz in June 2008; $6.6 million against Oscar de la Hoya in December 2008; $7.4 million against Ricky Hatton in May 2009; and, $7.5 million against Miguel Cotto in November 2009.
He also received an estimated $12 million for his fight against Joshua Clottey in 2010; $20 million against Antonio Margarito in 2010; and, $20 million against Mosley in 2011

$ 79.5 M gross earnings minus Uncle Sam. $26 M is just about right.
