Boxing isn't track and field. If that was the case, then Pac failed miserably at the long jump into JMM's right.

No shame in losing to ATGs like those, who are also naturally bigger

ESPN Classic is a lot about which fights in which you have the rights to air. They've shown quite a few Mayweather fights from very early on from before he won a world title, but the only world title fight I remember being shown on ESPN Classic was the Gatti fight from 2005.

Sometimes they'll do their own commentary, well after the fight was taken place, and it just sounds all wrong. I remember ESPN replaying Roberto Duran-Davey Moore and Al Bernstein references Duran's losses to Hagler & Hearns.

He probably should have done some fact-checking there since the Moore fight was before those two fights, and they are pretending to be commentating as if it were live.

For whatever reason, some copyright issues with Madison Square Garden, they can't show the first Ali-Frazier fight (I don't know if they've shown the dull 2nd fight either). They've shown Ali-Foreman 9,212 times, countless other fights, yet they don't show the first Frazier fight, which is arguably as great as The Thrilla in Manila and one of the greatest fights ever.

For what's it's worth manny steward, a legend himself, called PAC a top 12 ATG after the cotto fight. Think it was the cotto fight. Everyone saying he won't be remembered or should be left off cuz he's a ped user is stupid. Pacquiao has failed no drug tests ever. Pretty sure u could track everyone who's said that shits post history and the floyd ball licking will be evident. PAC was an ATG featherweight before he moved up and possibly earned p4p ATG status.

Pacquiao was not an all-time great featherweight. He had one great win there, but had a limited amount of fights there. He fought there what, 3 times?

Featherweight is a traditional weight division so it has much more history and is harder to be an ATG in that division that something like Super Middleweight or Cruiserweight.
