wouldn't you consider pac fighting Floyd as the defining moment in both of their careers?
    above any titles?

Pac fought Hatton at 140 where he was undefeated and coming off a stoppage of Malignaggi (top 2 jww) that time who was never stopped before.

Marquez, arguably lost if one judge scored it right the first time around. The same marquez who was heavily avoided at 126, his best weight.

Clottey was a very good and awkward fighter. Cotto beat him and it was at the time when WW was hot.

You can nitpick once fighters resume anyway you want and someone can do it to any fighter's resume if he doesn't want to give credit .

Yeah and its disappointing that Pac made a big deal about PED testing when it could of happened in 09" but why was Mayweather vs Pacquiao cosidered a career defining fight because they would be the most accomplished fighters each other has fought.

Mayweather unbeaten 5 division Champ vs Pacquiao 8 division champ for the undisputed WW Title. Looking at it people only care about titles when its a fighter they like holding it when a guy like GGG is Interim Champ everyone considered it a real title when a guy like Guerrero is Interim Champ it's a fake belt.

    belts are baby****
I think a lot of people believe golovkin's the real deal because he wants to fight the best - and he even provoked a response from roach
guerrero was nothing more than a muppet with '5 world titles' (I rest my case) who's claim to fame was being the lead singer of clawfinger

Floyd defining moment is being asked numerous time by different peoples about the Pacquiao fight and he brought up Ali as an example and answered my health come first. He got so fed up and point blank flat out said I'm a coward.

Hatton got KO'D by Mayweather 12 months before and almost got KO'd vs Lazcano even in winning.

Vs Marquez in fight I if you knock someone down 3 times in a rd you only need to win 3 more rds to win the fight that fact that the best you can argue is a draw or 1 pt win means he got his ass whooped

Clottey has never done anything to be considered a good/great fight but almost beat Cotto an the hot division is overblown for a division so hot why did everyone outside of Cotto only last a year.

After Pac got put to sleep by Marquez he took the longest break of his career and has been fighting relatively light hitters since yet if his opponent is the one coming off a KO and looking bad its completely different.

Floyd outpriced himself, pac shied away from drug tests
the fight didn't happen because neither could dictate to each other

Precisely. Atg ranking should account for willingness to fight top opposition in their primes, something they both failed at.

That's just an example imo Guerrero is a 4 weight "Titlist" but a legit 2 division "Champ"

Take Thurman Interim Titlist compared to Maidana the Champ or former Champ.

Mayweather fought Hatton at 147. Pac fought him at 140 where he was lineal coming off a Malignaggi stoppage. Mayweather also fought Hatton who struggled with Collazo at 147.

That doesn't justify the judge who admitted the scoring error. Besides, a draw with Marquez at 126 is not a black mark.

WW was waxing hot back in 2006-2009 that Mayweather fought @140 Hatton and retired after. He avoided the prime, undefeated cotto back in 2008 and let Marg, Mosley, Williams and Pac mix it out.

That is what you want to believe but if you start a thread with a poll stating whose ducking the fight and Floyd can even get 40% I'll side with you.
