Great childhood TV memories.

I was too young to see the prime Lito Lapid in the cinemas, but his movies were shown on TV from time to time.

Funny. Crowd favourite.

He was actually not the number 1 action star. Number 1 was a 50 something, silent hero, speak softly and carry a big stick type of dude. Famous for his 45 caliber pistol skills, rapid fire combo punching and two handed slaps to the ears.

Lapid's movies was funnier, though.

Past prime Lito Lapid did more movies in his later career, but more military/policeman action themed, and not as awesome anymore as his cowboy/vigilante phase.
