Arum said no because he's a teenager who was butt hurt, but Roach talked to Manny and told media yesterday that Pacquiao was going to make his decision on it. Freddie added that Pac understands how big the fight is and how important the Grand Arrival is, and that he should go.

However, the decision was still up him.

He may have decided to attend the Grand Arrival... Apparently, scheduled times on Tuesday is that Manny Pacquiao will arrive at the MGM at 11 pm and Floyd to arrive at the MGM at 3 pm...which leaves me to presume that he has agreed to it.

I'm waiting for more confirmation from other media outlets. I'll let ya'll know what I find!

wtf not? we didn't get a workout, conference call, the least he can do is show himself to the fans at the Grand Arrival when they can't even go to the fight. It would be a low move to not do it.

"For the fans, for the fans, for the fans," let's see if he keeps his word on that. If he skips this too, then he's straight up lying to the fans.

The Grand Arrival is when the fighters arrive at the MGM Grand before the fight. It's a giant spectacle. Due to how the promotion has isolated the fans from the fight, this would be the only real opportunity for fans at Vegas to see Manny and Floyd in person.

It's a huge ordeal. Thousands of fans and then the fighters will get to talk to tons of media. It's kind of a tradition, but Arum is acting like a kid and didn't want Manny to go because of bad feelings he harbors towards MGM. Media has kind of backlashed on Pacquiao's team, including LA Times, Yahoo Sports, Mayweather's Team, and even Filipino outlets, begging Pacquiao to attend. Mayweather's team was mad, accusing Manny that he didn't want to please the fans and doesn't want to feel the pressure of the big stage.

Manny wasn't told that he wouldn't be attending when Arum announced, but Roach said that it's going to be Manny's decision. Pacquiao either has made or will make his decision soon. Roach said Pacquiao should go for the fans, so hopefully he talked to him. There's word Manny will arrive at the MGM Grand on Tuesday 11 p.m PT, if that's the case it appears he does want to do the Grand Arrival.
