The truth is in professional boxing world, there's no such thing as OSDT, they already have their own way of testing their fighters. When you enter the pro world means you accept their rules, follow it and not make your own. If you don't want their way of testing fighters, then retire or go back to the amateurs and wear head gears. Pac shouldn't have entertained Floyd's delusion in the first place, he should have said **** off but he did really want the fight so he gave in but still, floyd went on vacation.
