I'm sure some people think this, but I doubt it's true. Floyd's been waiting for Manny to accept the drug testing IMO. Now he's apparently said he'll agree to any tests. Let's wait for after he beats Shane to see what happens.

There are no excuses. Pac didn't agree when the negotiations were serious.

Now he wants to come out and talk about how he'll "supposedly"....

It's funny how he'll all of a sudden agree but he didn't when the offer was on the table ready for him to sign.

He'll hang on to this testing BS for as long as possible, then he'll move onto something else.. Most likely pricing himself out , or demanding the fght be at 154 or with 10oz gloves.. Or he'll simply wait for Manny to slow down or until he retires

A lot of people wanted Pacquiao to take the test and he refused. Where's that ESPN interview when he said his reasons were how he felt weak against Morales, he didn't want to get his blood drawn during heavy training, etc....
