Someone put up a great link to all of Manny's recent fights with his fight night weight coutesy of HBO. I believed he weighed 148 against Clottey and Clottey was 158 on fight night.

Someone should bump the thread. I think he weighed within eight pounds in all his fights from Marquez to Clottey.

It wasn't just Mosley's power that was enough to beat Margarito and that's what many here fail to see. Mosley had the ultimate gameplan to neutralize Margarito's pressure. I have rarely seen Pacquiao clinch and doubt he will have the same success Mosley had at clinching. The other thing hardly no one talks about are headbutts and we know Pacquiao has some scar tissue on those brows. He's gonna have to land some bombs in there if he's thinking of stopping Margo and Margo looks like he's in the best shape of his life.

havent posted in a while but since the big fights around the corner i thought i'd weigh in on it. first off i dont c y everyone thinks its a forgone conclusion that pac's gonna win, when the fight was first made i figured the results were already bought an paid for by bob arum but the closer it gets i get the since that margerito gonna play spoiler to the pac-may fight fight thinking its a given that manny's stronger is what can cause a lot of ppl to b upset yes he beat some guys that were unexpected but he is still fighting the bigger/stronger fighter an manny still has a bad defense so both fighters are suspect to getting caught with big shots not to mention margo has had a chance to get some rust off after the suspension while pac hasn't fought i almost 9 months, my biggest thing is that no one has really seen just how good his chin is at these higher weights since no one he's fought has really hit him flush yes speed kills but it can also b nullified its seem that most r so caught up n he manny pac hype they think he a god similar to what they like to say about mayweather fans that or they think bob arum isnt going to let pac lose this fight for me its a pick em fight i want manny to win because i want to c him and floyd face off but i get the feeling we may end up seeing a may-margo or may vs one of these up an coming fighters next year
