    Getting a gift against McDermott.

    Punches himself in the face.

Drops belts rather than fight Price.

Been wobbled by two light punchers.

He is fun to watch but come on!

Manny knows what he is talking about. How can you question his judgement with all he has achieved in the sport.

Hes not even the leading HW contender in England, Price does him, a fully fit chisora does him, a broken toed haye does him, i seriously think Towers could spark him.

All this Fury hype needs to stop, the fact hes on channel 5 will mean he will get a klitschko shot before anyone else but price would put him down fast.

Price is getting over-hyped on here, there's a lot of unanswered questions about him, especially his durability.

How can anyone not like Tyson? He's a funny guy & a fun fighter. If he turns up in good condition & looks impressive against Rogan then I hope he gets credit.

I found this the other day, Dillian Whyte talking about the 2 weeks he spent sparring with Fury.

Exactly Price is being hyped up more than Fury ever was. I don't remember there being any Fury fans on here to be honest, other than his dad.

Price is suddenly this colossus based on beating a guy age4age (to twist the p4p championship ;)) Fury beat years earlier.

I'm not going to say Towers is better than either Fury or Price but I think Towers has a european title shot in the line for his next fight, does this mean if he were to win that fight, he would then be more likely to get a world title shot before either Fury or Price as he would be the holder of a title with higher prestige/value than the British or the numpty belts Fury will hold?

One thing I would say about the lack of Fury hype is that I think he is being sold more as a spectacle than an actual elite level boxer. A lot is made of his gypsy routes and family past, originally about how physically big he was when he was so young, how he was named after Mike Tyson, how his dad used to fight... etc etc.

It's almost like a circus freak show.

Whats worse is that I can't think of any of Fury's fights agaisnt decent domestic level fighters e.g. McDermott and Chisora spring to mind, that were so outstanding or good enough performaces to detract from the above "selling points"

    Oh for goodness sake.

It is fairly well known that Chisora bashed Price around pretty handily in sparring recently.

Fury owned Chisora easily in his one sided win and had him spitting blood after round 2.

Yes Chisora was overweight, but was so was Fury. Both are in much better conidtion now.

Price is nearly 30 and about 4 or 5 years behind a very young (relatively) Tyson Fury's experience ... Sexton will present a considerably bigger challenge to Price than most expect.
