What the hell was going on that night? Harris looked like a 5K run would have ended him, there was no enswell anywhere in sight, there was no independent cutman, apparently no adrenaline or equivalent treatment, and at one point between rounds Harris has to remind Steward to take out his mouthpiece. We're all entitled to a bad day at the office, but I'm just wondering if anyone can refresh my memory on whether there was drama in camp or something. Harris was bad enough, but I was surprised rewatching this how raggedy the corner work was.
He looked gassed as all f*ck about midway through the fourth. Probably just a textbook case of overlooking an opponent, but that still doesn't excuse something like not having cold steel ready.
Yeah Harris gassed out and maussa was just letting him do that til Harris got weaker. Maussa is just a wired looking fighter though
Steward to me has never been a good trainor, he was blessed in being tied to Hearns and has since used hearns name to hook up with already trained fighters and just ad******g them slightly, he is basically training fighters that have already been trained by there real trainors!
