Manny Steward: 'Wladimir has the best one-punch power'

This theory took a little bit of a hit when Wlad landed a clean right hand and didn't even wobble Haye.

He should be right that he hits harder punch for punch than Lewis because I don't see why he'd lie, but his power isn't as effective as Lewis as Lewis was a more dynamic puncher with more variety and willingness.

It's very difficult to compare him to Hearns etc even for Steward.

Clearly does not hit as hard as Mock.

 

Not sure about this. Some of the shot's Lewis hit Vitali with - I half expected to see his head fly off his shoulders. Perhaps it was punch placement, speed or technique but for my money Lewis hit far better than Wlad.
