It is clear to me that you havent learned much in 20 years of boxing viewership. Say what you want about Steward as a TV analyst (I happen to like him), but your complete and utter disrespect for his accomplishments as a trainer pretty much makes you look like you don't know anything. Now, there are many who claim that he's the greatest trainer in boxing, and that is certainly debatable. But to say that "He is a load of fuxxng sxxt" is just outright dumb. Congrats on sounding like an idiot!

Manny Steward is rare because he met Hearns when Tommy was 10 or 11 years old and developed him into a great fighter all the way into his career. He did not just join him when he got famous, he was there when both of them did not have any money. He was like a father to Hearns. Manny Steward worked for the electric company or something like that and had an normal job, on weekends he would take all the guys in the car with him (Hearns included) and go to tournaments packed into an old car. His first bunch of guys were Hearns,Kenty and Goodwin. Hearns was the only great which Steward developed from scratch. But he and Tommy did it all. Steward earned everything he has. Brilliant guy.

 

Steward had like 20 top champs from the local area he built up to amatuer or world level success.

He also turned Lewis into a HoF fighter after the McCall loss and has steered Wlad pretty well.

I'd take Manny's opinion on a fighter or a fight over any poster on this board anyday.
