    steward started working with tommy since he was 10 years old. tommy was steward's creation.

    wlad and lennox came to steward when they are already made up. these 2 were not entirely his (steward) fighter.

    Yes they are Wlad specially he was at maybe 30% of his ability and Steward made him what he is today, and he did similar to Lennox.
