    At the same time, I remember hearing either Cayton or Jacobs say they brought Mike along quickly and kept him so busy so he wouldnt get in trouble

    yup, the man's life was a mess. the climax of it all is when he ran his car into a tree. he was just out of control. it was only a matter of time before it spilled into the ring.
