The 1st question is simple, They see this kid going from getting knocked out by lesser fighters at a very low weight to walking through Miguel Cottos and Margaritos shots.
Then you have the fact that Freddy Roach has had a few of his fighters test positive for steroids....

when you add all that up you have to question whats going on.....

Pacquiao has never called Floyd out or said he wants to fight Floyd instead he keeps signing up has been fighters who Floyd or someone else beat up to make his living. That is not a trick question, you only have to choose between the two.

Pac was knocked out before but that was too long ago to be relevant. Take Ortiz for example, when he moved up in weight, he becomes more effective. Pac fights whoever is put in front of him, Arum may have cherrypicked some fighters for Pac but Floyd has cherrypicked some time in his career also.
