    I'm leaning towards that Manny wins the fight based on pure agressiveness. He wont land many shots clean but Floyd's punch output and not willing to get hit (you have to be willing to get hit in order to hit Pac) will end up giving Manny the edge.

    Floyd starts slow loses early rounds no matter what Manny does.

    The middle rounds will go majority to Floyd because his counter punching will frustrate Manny.

    I see Manny coming on hard strong in the late rounds with Floyd fighting back but he wouldn't win enough rounds to win the fight. Either a draw or 115-113 or 116-112 for Manny.

    Floyd by knockout-Easy fight for Floyd-knocks Manny in 7....maybe 8 rounds-very easy fight for Floyd-

    Manny's style is tailormade for Floyd to take advantage of.

    This thing has been done 500 times, and the funny thing is that I'd STILL bet my left nut that this thread gets multiple pages of educated opinions, out right stupid predictions and classic ESB mocking.
