This is all ridiculous, theyre trying to make Cotto put too much focus on making weight. Cotto is going to be a problem for Pacquiao, count on it.

So what if its true, its insurance if Cotto comes in over weight, Pacman can back out of the fight and still get paid.

If Cotto comes in overweight, what is Pacman going to do, fight above the agreed weight limit in order to get paid?

This is all bs, if manny wants to fight for the welterweight title it should be on cotto's terms. Last time i checked cotto is the champ not manny. And how can they justify this being a welterweight title fight if they are fighting at a catch weight
