Just due diligence I guess. It's worth a shot to find out if he'll go for it basically.

1 million Filipino dollars? What is that, 5 cents?

Just joking, but Pac's camp is definitely afraid of Cotto. But you know Miguel will be all business in there :bbb

I like Pacquiao but these shenanigans are really changing my mind.

    Of course it's true.

If Oscar had to pay 1 mil for every pound over 147...you best believe Cotto will have to do the same.

That **** is not normal...it's a unique part of Manny's strategy.

It is an issue because Cotto won't be able to rehydrate.

its standard procedure with catchweights that if you go over the agreed weight, you pay a fine.

Cotto will be allow to rehydrate and you can bet your ass that the second he gets off that scale they'll be giving him water with electrolytes and all sorts of minerals.

Cotto will be fined 1 MILLION dollars for every pound he adds AFTER the weigh-in.

WHY IS THAT SO HARD FOR YA'LL TO UNDERSTAND??

If Oscar wasn't allowed to rehydrate..Cotto sure as he won't be able to.

Unique in that Ross did exactly the same thing with McLarnin 90 years ago?

There is nothing unusual here apart from the sums involved.

    Yes, every time.

Jesus, you people, sometimes it just gets on top of a guy. If it's not the catchweight it's the fine. If it's not the fine it's the sum. Once you guys FINALLY realise that this is all in the contract it'll be the contract. Then when you realise Cotto SIGNED the contract it will be his lawyer. Then when you find out his lawyer is Jewish, it will be the Jews. Then when you find out the Jews are God's chosen people, it will be God. Then, when you find out God isn't real it'll be the catchweight again.

Is this true? a mil for each pound after weigh in!

Is Pac the only one who does this? Ive never heard of
    any other fighter doing this?

Surely Cotto will tell them to jam it, this fights becoming a joke.

I highly doubt that's a stipulation in the contract, if Miguel was'nt allowed to re-hydrate for the fight then he would have never taken the fight in the first place.
