It's Roach's super secret psychological tactic to weaken opponents. They did it to DLH, and look how weight drained he was and non-functioning during the fight. Now they're trying the same thing with Cotto. It's all to gain an advantage.

Well thats the purpose of having a catchweight. Whats the use if you're just gonna let him get in the ring above the agreed weight without any penalty? I dont think Cotto is bothered a bit by this, he easily makes it.
