Manuel Charr: B level OR C level fighter?

    In his prime he was around the same level as Duhaupas, maybe a tad higher as he (unofficially) beat him but got unlucky on the cards. He also got unlucky against Vitali in a fight which he would have lost, but might have given Vitali some interesting problems before he did so. The last round was heating up before the BS cut stoppage.

    He always got a hard time as being some sort of complete garbage man but he wasn't nearly as bad as all that, and would have given the likes of Chisora or Ortiz some issues. Now that he's been out of the ring for so long I have no idea how he fares. Probably not well.

    One of the worst fighters to ever hold an ABC strap. But for some reason I have a soft spot for him. He's like the Lebanese version of David Price. Dumb as a brick but you kinda have to love him because he's so stupid.
