It wasn't an eliminator or for the interim belt the WBA granted special permission to make it for the full WBA regular title. Charr needs to reach an agreement with Quendo to fight him by the 22nd Dec.

When did Vitali tell the German doctor anything??? At around 1:40 or round 4 Vitali cut Charr.....the ref stopped the action at 0:56 left in the round for the doctor to evaluate him. Vitali was punching Charr the entire time in between, not talking to anyone. Charr's corner had no right to patch him up mid-round, they weren't frozen out of anything. The corner where the doctor was is irrelevant. Yet another egg on your face Duckvelvet.
