    Clearly someone else who could benefit from some exposure stateside. :lol:

    Limited but very exciting puncher. Huge fan base in Mexico, but not yet known abroad. (even after easily obliterating Linares, 10x more savagely and much faster than DeMarco did - and not an excusable "caught him cold" bum-rush like Salgado's initial upset of the Golden Boy a'la Prescott vs. Khan = Thompson straight mauled him)

    I never thought about this match up.

    Would be a fukin war.:lol::good

    Mago would be too much in the end thou.

    I believe Mago's chin is damn good. He got hit by huge shot from McCline and went down but got up with steady legs and looked calm.

    This would resemble Arslan vs. Huck, I think. :think

    Ya i don't think its bad either he just didnt see it coming. His head and legs were fine when he got up and he immidiately went back to stalking Mccline composed as ever.

    With the "German" getting beat up? Style wise neither is a inside fighter like Arslan although i do think they would both be contenct to bang away at mid range. I prefer this to Chisora because Derek's power won't tell us anything about Charr's chin, similar fight but Mago will be more dangerous and if he plans on stepping up Charr is a perfect test for him to establish himself as a contender.

    Charr is the one that reminds me of Arslan in the analogy, coming forward and throwing barrages of heavily loaded shots without tiring. Like Arslan, Charr would have less 1-punch power than his opponent but heavy hands and the iron determination to keep pressing forward and letting them go.

    Abdusallamov reminds me of Huck - powerful, but slow and subject to being either out-boxed or out-hustled by someone with a decent chin.

    I wouldn't call Huck particularly slow. He seems very explosive to me. Just relatively easy to outbox, provided you can withstand his ****** flurries.

    Mago reminds me more of someone like Liston, slowish, ponderous but massively heavy handed and determined to finish you.

    It's good to see Golden Boy took notice when they saw Charr's destruction of durable workhorse Konstantin Airich, easily dispatched within 45 seconds in a blood-frenzy by Manuel Charr:

    There hasn't been any confirmation on a fight between Chisora and Charr. Chisora called him out, that's all, doesn't mean the fight is gonna get made for sure or at some specific time.

    Chisora is the one that needs a tune-up.
