    In July 2016 it was announced Oleksandr Telsenko 5-0 prospect was scheduled to face Manuel Charr in September 2016.

    That didn't happen but just 13 months later and Charr is 'world champion' lmao

    It's embarassing for boxing and the WBA regular title is one big joke! How the hell did he get a shot at it.
