    I know that nobody actually considers him to be World champion but what’s the score with this guy? It will be 2 years next month that Charr won the vacant regular WBA world heavyweight championship beating Ustinov.

    He was due to make is first defence in September last year against Fres Oquendo but tested positive for both Drostanolone and Trenbolone. The WBA suspended Charr for six months but allowed him to keep his world title.

    In January his suspension was lifted early and he was again ordered to fight Oquendo who has been inactive since losing to Chagaev in 2014. The WBA also ordered that the winner of that bout must then face Jarrell "Big Baby" Miller within no more than 120 days of Charr/Oquendo.

    Why is he still inactive? How was Oquendo ever his mandatory? How hasn’t he been stripped after 23 months inactivity and a PED violation?

    There isn't a world in the English dictionary that adequately describes the WBA. Utter farcical, corrupt, completely useless in every way imaginable doesn't quite cut it.

    Sorry dude, the shooting was in 2015, he won the WBA strap in 2017.

    He get a butcher to do his surgery? State of that scar.

    That title is so paper it has long since dissolved in the rain. Wouldn’t be suprised if he ends up fighting Fury at some point.

    Hey Boxing Fan it's Manuel Charr,
    I'm the PED popping freak with a humongous scar,
    When they tested my sample I thought I was stufffed,
    But escaped when the B sample retest was fluffed,
    Now I'm trying to stay relevant in the hope that I might,
    Persuade Ruiz or AJ to give me a fight,
    They should steer very clear of this user of PEDS,
