Bennett had great failing against well skilled, mobile boxers. I hardly call Toweel mobile or highly skilled. If Jimmy Carruthers had the strength to render Toweel useless after one flush left hand, then Bennett had the strength to flatten Toweel. Simple.

Yes, the same Carruthers who took 15 rounds to deafeat a weight drained Bennett, at the time National Bantam and Feather Champ. Bennett had not defended the Bantam title for 3 years.

If Toweel had signed to fight Bennett 12 months prior, I have no doubt at all that Elley would have taken a KO win over Toweel. Vic was very, very hittable, as was Bennett.

Mate, last time I ate Croc, I got it from the Vic Market..... Pissed out of my arse for 24 hours!!!!

 

I got it from one of those croc farms up north, they serve it up to you in burgers and what not...Id be wary of getting Croc meat from Victoria..They live a long way from Mexico.
