Does everything has two turn around those two? And I'm not sure that Williams could make 147 now

Martinez is great...I really want to see him try cleaning up the Jr Middleweight division.

Makes me sad to see he only is fighting 3 more or so fights now that he is at the top.

Because boxing is not just about Pac and Floyd? Why would it better for Williams to win, he wasn't the better fighter period. :nut Just because he could have fought those two? No.

Yes! Becasue outside of PBF-Pac it would have been the best fight to be made in the sport. At that time Williams was P4P #3 or 4 and he would have come down to 147, a weight he says he can make, and fought either the #1 or #2 fighter in the world. It's not rocket science really.:-(

I'm glad about Martinez getting the limelight, I'm a Pac fan and knows his limits. Pac can't go beyond 150, Sergio can't go below 155 so that scratch each other out.

I still want Pac Floyd fight to happen but unfortunately one doesn't have the "urge".

Now it's Sergio's parade to watch

I agree that Martinez has the necessary qualities to be a P4P #1 in the future but there are other boxers that has the equivalent qualities that he has, namely JuanMa, Gamboa, and there is also Kahn.

I have to wonder if Pac-Mosley is getting pushed through from Arum so quickly after Martinez-Williams in order to leave Sergio as the primary option available left for Floyd to negotiate with. Martinez-Mayweather helps Arum and Pacquiao out on a number of levels if it happens in the meantime...

Gracias Maravilla. I think it's still too early for the negotiations and we all know Arum doesn't fold that easy. 155 was Sergio's promoter's demand, but you never know as the months go by. Until both teams are confident their man can win or at least has a chance to win the fights will happen. Too much money and demand for them not to happen.
