In my opinion, Cerdan. Both Frank Klaus and Billy papke proved that by taking the fight to Georges and applying pressure you can beat him. If there's anything Marcel can do it's apply pressure, and with an arguably more varied two-fisted attack than Papke and Klaus. I can see this ending in a either a decision or a stoppage win for Cerdan.
