Two aggressive middlweights with fantastic left hooks...Lausse's power versus the ferocity of Cerdan...Is Cerdan capable of overpowering Lausse as he did Zale? Or would Eduardo's power stop the Frenchman?
Cerdan does have the dimension of boxing Lausse...Would he have to?
15 rounds for the middleweight title...Lausse gets his shot.

I wanted to bump this up for consideration again...This would have been simply a fantastic battle! Anyone care to have a crack at it ? Would Lausse's power turn the fight his way...or could Cerdan crowd in and avoid that vicious left hook?...I can't pick a winner...I can see scenarios with both men winning. What's your opinion?

After considering this match-up...I'm going with Cerdan via hard fought decision. Due to two factors. Footwork to get out of/into range...and a more sound defensive technique...But a left hook from Lausse could make that a moot point!
