Cerdan excels at doing something that Juan Domingo Roldan had success in doing against Hagler for the first four rounds...Drove Hagler crazy a little bit.
First off, I like Hagler to beat Cerdan albeit narrowly. You just have to consider the level of competition that each fought. However Cerdan looks excellent on film. What does he do that would give Hagler trouble? Cerdan excelled at moving to his right, firing a quick right hand lead/left hook. Juan Domingo Roldan repeatedly found Hagler in the first four rounds with right hands moving to the right. Cerdan is much quicker with his feet than Roldan was. Hagler would have trouble with Cerdan, but I think as the fight wore on, attrition would set in and Hagler would win.
