Oh ****, really? :scaredas: I just reconciled April 24th: 1) Inaugural PPV broadcast of UFC's lighter-weight sister organization with WEC 48: Aldo vs. Faber (10pm) 2) Showtime Super Six - Kessler vs. Froch (tape delay from Denmark...lifesaver there...I'll be watching that live earlier in the day, so no conflict with WEC ) 3) HBO's doubleheader of Angulo vs. Julio and Adamek vs. Arreola. These are good fights, but not good enough to skip Aldo vs. Faber. The DVR will come in handy, and these will be watched as soon as the WEC event is over. :good March 27th, though...:err Abraham vs. Dirrell takes place in the US, so something's gotta give! It directly conflicts with watching my boy GSP live. (HBO's card is, again, eminently DVR'able...)
erik morales fighting at welter is a joke, tua shouldve retired a long time ago i'll watch gambo to see how he looks against this undefeated argentinian :hat
Is Morales fighting on PPV or cable? If hes on PPV Ill watch on the net and them dvr the hbo and showtime fights and watch them afterwards. If Morales is on cable my damn dvr only records two shows at a time.:?
**** UFC 111 is on the same night? Gah...****ing hell. Assuming that there's SOME way to watch Morales vs Alfaro, I'll probably watch that over every other event. I signed a 10 year contract with Morales back in 2003 so I'm still a slave to ordering his fights regardless of the circumstances.
if only Abraham vs Dirrell was this coming weekend instead, then there would be major fights going down every weekend from now until may 1st:tired It's a good time to be a fightfan:bbb
PPV :-( Roman Gonzalez (against a guy who's 15-1) and Cristian Mijares (against TBA) are on the undercard. It's not a terrible value, compared to say a Latin Fury, but non-masochist consumers beware. If you're a Morales fan, paying to see the proud legend embarrass himself seems counter-intuitive. Your plan sounds solid enough - but are you not a Super Six junkie? For me, Abraham vs. Dirrell takes priority over everything else that day (even GSP vs. an adequate contender, upon reflection).
