I was very curious about your footage (the footage that you had posted previously) because I suspected that you had been learning and using technique in the gym that was in line with the principles that you have eschewed in this forum and that differed greatly from the flawed stuff that you have raved about from time to time. This was in part because I mistakenly had assumed that you were actually working with the trainer you kept mentioning and getting actual boxing instruction in the gym.

But I'm sincerely confused: Do you feel that your footage backs up your knowledge of the sport? If so, how?
