Golovkin vs. Marciano is way more interesting than Kovalev vs. Marciano.

Golovkin would KO Kovalev. He would be a tougher fight for Rocky.

Abel Sanchez says that he couldn't use Kovalev as a sparring partner for Golovkin, because he kept breaking down. "He was either showing too much fear or respect to Golovkin."

Well, if Abe Sanchez said it, it must be true.

No not really. You just have to use your good sense, and balance that against him completely making it up.

Again, you have to balance that with him completely making it up.

Did the sparring partner who fought them both have an agenda too?

Where are the sparring partners who say Kovalev is stronger than Golovkin?

Kovalev and Golovkin are my two favorite active fighters. With that said you have to favor Marciano. Kovalev is taller and has the longer reach but almost everyone Marciano fought had those "advantages" over Marciano and none of them were able to do anything about it. Kovalev rehydrates to about 185 for his fights. I could see him coming in around 190 Lbs. Marciano fought over 190 Lbs. in 4 of his fights and was rock solid. He was just under 190 in most of his fights. The point is, their weight would be close.

Marciano fought guys well above the LHW limit, even heavier than what the LHWs Kovalev has fought rehydrated to.

    Marciano beat Hall Of Famers-

    Joe Louis KO8
    Jersey Joe Walcott KO13
    Jersey Joe Walcott KO1
    Ezzard Charles W15
    Ezzard Charles KO8
    Archie Moore KO9

I don't care what weight class these guys used to fight in, when they fought Marciano they were well over 175 and they beat other guys who were well over 175. They were proven HWs, not just guys who happened to weigh over 175.

    He also beat LaStarza W10 and KO11, 200 Lb. Buonvino KO10 and KO2, 220 Lb. Shkor KO6, 230 Lb. Wilson KO1, 200 Lb. Simmons, Layne KO6, 200 Lb. Beshore, 200 Lb. Savold KO6, Reynolds KO3, Matthews KO2, and 205 Lb. C0ckell KO9.

He was down just twice in 49 pro fights (Walcott KO13 and Moore KO9). He go right up both times and went right back to breaking his opponent down. He dominated Moore with the exception of the knockdown, dropped him 5 times, and finished the job in the 9th.

Kovalev beat Cleverly KO4, Agnew KO7, Caparello KO2 (Kovalev was down in the 1st round), Hopkins W12, and Pascal KO8 and KO7 among others.

I'm going with the proven commodity, Marciano by decision or late round stoppage.

Well I like all three of these guys. But Marciano vs Golovkin would be throwing a pitbull a bone.

As fine a boxer as Golovkin is, Marciano is exactly the poison that I believe he might be most vulnerable to. GGG has looked least impressive (though still impressive) against pressure fighters that weren't scared to take a punch and swarmed him up close. Now take into account Marciano's iron chin, superb close-range hitting power and relentless aggression ... oh, and the fact that he outweighs lil Golovkin by like 20lb+ ... que massacre!

I also think Kovalev beats Golovkin in what would likely be a brutal matchup. GGG > Kova p4p no doubt, but Sergei weighs a whole bunch more.

Yeah Marciano would steamroll the both of them. I like Golovkins chances better because I think he's stronger and more skilled than Krusher.
