Marciano v Leapai,Wach,& Pianeta?

Wlad could've easily KO'd him in 1, too, but chose to have a sparring session until the 5th round.

Leapai is the weakest Wlad's challenger of all, but he was ordered to fight.

 

He's beat them all.
But it's hard to say how easily he'd do it. Marciano was that type of fight who might get in a war and/or look lousy for 8 or 9 rounds, even against an ordinary fighter, assuming the opponent had heart.
Or he might just knock you out with a big punch early.

 

Marciano takes them with relative ease.

 

Wach is rubbish, really slow and ponderous. And although marciano is huge power, wach has a granite chin. UD for marciano. Wach cut up and bruised.

 

I agree on the UD... Marciano could easily go the distance with these 3, and most certainly land more punches and outwork any of them.

Marciano is just to good to lose to B level fighters.

Carmine Vingo vs. these 3 would be good fights.

 

Those three guys were still better than some of Ali's Louis' and Holmes challengers

They didn't need two month state of the art training camps and 6 months off in-between fights and for their Wachs, Pianeta's etc etc.

 

I lived both era's with a keen eye in the boxing world an up to date and in conversations with fight people,fighters, managers,trainers and writers and some of the east coasts top promoters and I agree...Pianeta and Wach would be major white hopes for Ali and they were much better than a lot of Ali's opponents and much more experienced and talented than most of Holmes opponents....Leapai would fit in with the Wepners,Scott Franks,David Bey,Dunn,Leroy Jones,etc.

 

How about Rocky Marciano vs Tony Ross, and Fireman Flynn. These two were far worse than any of Rocky's tittle opponents.

Rocky UD Wach, and TKO's Pianeta and Leapai, though he will not win as easily as Wlad did.

 

Wach and Pianeta had size that could prompt Marciano to have to work harder. Going the distance with those two isn't out of the question. Leapai would be out of his league here, but at least the man could punch.
