Do you think light heavyweight Ted Lowry would go the distance twice with Bruno? Do you think C*ckell would go 9 rds with him?

Name them, and we'll go from there. Bruno was a very hard man to outbox as limited in other areas as he was. Everyone bar Tyson had to come from behind to stop him, even the best heavy h2h of all time Lennox Lewis.

Its blatantly an unfair advantage. Its too big for Marciano to overcome

In the years that Bruno was ranked at heavyweight, you had Holyfield, DeLeon and Toney in the cruiserweigth division.

That's three guys that I would favor over him right there.

This fact might have some merit if Bruno was typically beating the contenders of his era, but he was not, he was losing to them.

You are holding up a record of failure in era A, against a record of success in era be, because the guy from era A failed against the right people in your eyes!

    this is sheer nonsense!

You might have a point if we were talking about Lennox Lewis, but we are not.

Do you think that Michael Spinks would not have beaten Bruno, if they had ever fought?

Bruno had retired way before Toney touched cruiser...He was light heavyweight when Bruno retired. Cruiser Holyfield fighting Bruno as a cruiser I don't think is strong enough yet, but gun to my head i'll agree just on how good Holy was, but that is the best cruiser of all time, not exactly 10 a penny. De leon gets his head punched off and ko'd no question ! Your argument is getting weaker my friend lol

Every smaller man and no savage ko puncher at heavy is in serious trouble against Bruno, that includes spinks. If he can avoid Frank for 6 rounds then its his. But if he gets caught, hes gone.

    Nope.

Moore is only fighter on the Rock's resume who could reasonably fit that description, he was 38 and bounced back and forth between divisions.

Though Moore predominantly fought at heavy and was equal weight to the Rock with proven HW power and track record of beating much larger men.

Disagree. Charles was on the down hill slope of his career also, someone Rocky had life and death with.

OK, so why don't you tell us about all the prime contenders that Bruno defeated?

I favor Lewis, but that is a very different proposition.

You are basing this on what exactly?

Bruno was very good at knocking over cans, but when you put him in against any sort of live body, he conspicuously failed to put them away.

This makes his credentials as a monster puncher somewhat suspect.
