listen to the comments about how Buster was starring at his gloves and Mike Tyson's comments and Evanders comments about he would make James Douglas quit

Yea but he was 6'3.5 inches tall and had an 83 inch reach ...to bad it did not help him

Douglas has a very good win

But Dude he did not fight the best mike tyson or anything close to it that night period

Tyson just showed up now i think Douglas would beat Marciano most likely

but Dude Tyson was a great fighter who got caught in tokyo that night by a lesser fighter

Is that what you think of when you think of Thailand , *** ?
I'm meeting a mate and his wife there actually.
What is perverted about going to Thailand and Vietnam?
The perversion exists only in your deranged , frustrated mind.
Dont project your fantasies of underage *** and Lady Boys on to my holiday

Still taking the angry pills I see?
Have I threatened you ? Or offered you physical violence ?

"No witnesses and no rules ", what's the matter can't you manage it without a weapon to help you.
What's with all the public chest beating?
Is it supposed to impress us?
Why won't you post where you live? I might know some faces round that area .
I don't want the name of your street just the area . Something iffy about the location?
'Ive offered to have a drink in your local provided you have one in mine, you talk about balls? Well the balls in your court sunshine.

You made an accusation that I was lying ,I replied with information that could be checked ,information that proved I was telling the truth.

I asked you to check it then come back on here , apologise and admit that you were wrong.
You failed to do so because you are a silly pathetic little boy who has no bollocks.and hasn't the guts to admit he was wrong

No, I don't crave your friendship , but I tell you this, if the roles had been reversed, I would have responded with a public apology.

That is the difference between a man and a callow little kid.

The question posed is the Tokyo Douglas versus Marciano.
Not the fat,[15lbs heavier ,]untrained slob that turned up for the Holyfield fight . ps The clue is in the title of the thread.:yep

I posted the video of Buster getting KO'd in his prime in a fight right after Tokyo Douglas was felled by a right hand and stayed down for the count, the right hand was a good Holyfield punch, no way any version of Buster handles the Suzie -Q ...the comments by Evander was that he was going to make Buster quit ....his 6'3.5 size and 83 inch reach did not help him ....he got lucky with a beatable Tyson that night...Walcott and Charles would have looked spectacular against that version of Tyson in Tokyo ....but the reality of Buster is Holyfield KO 3

Marciano threw about 40-45 punches a round versus an old Walcott who had none of the physical advantages that Douglas possessed and who, aged and shopworn as he was, faded down the stretch.

Douglas was throwing around 70 punches a round for the first three rounds against Tyson, stifling the smaller fighter's attacks and putting on a masters class in the double jab. After that, he slowed to just over 50 punches a round, landing thudding power jabs and right hands.

Tyson had vastly superior foot speed to Marciano, was quicker of hand and quicker above the waist, yet STILL could not elude the display that Douglas put forth that night.

What is a 30 pound lighter, slower of foot, slower of punch and slower and stiffer of upper body movement fighter going to provide that Tyson didn't?

Its totally irrelevant ,don't you get that ?
This thread is paring the TOKYO Douglas with Marciano,as Seamus said, reading comprehension is very low on this board.
    Do try and keep up:patsch

He's just a kid with no brains ,and no balls. If he was in the same room as you, you wouldn't hear a sound out of him.

    That is merely your opinion.

As far as I'm concerned Douglas fought the exact same version of Tyson that had despatched Bruno, Spinks, and Williams in a combined 7 rounds during the previous 18 months. The beliefs of his more desperate fans are of no importance to me.

    Can't agree with that Bummy.

If anything Holy and his people got wind of the fact that Douglas literally hadn't bothered training, and was likely to take the money and quit. No one in their right mind can seriously claim that fat version of Buster represented the one that battered Tyson. Even then he was leaning on his elbow helping the ref with the count. All the guy wanted to do was take the millions and go fishing.
