Imagine prime Marciano has to defend his title vs the greatest cruiserweight champions except Usyk.

    6 Fights:
    De León
    Qawi
    Holyfield
    Toney
    Haye
    Bellew

All these scientifficly trained guys with all the nutrition and highly advanced training methods stuff time travel straight to the 50s and fight Rocky for 15 rounds. Do you think he manages to stay undefeated? Who will give him the most trouble out of theese fighters? + Do you think he can beat Usyk?

I think this 6 fights will be as hard as the actual title defences. It won't be easy and Rocky will suffer some knockdowns, but in the end his strength will prevail. Although i won't bet my money on it. I also think he will give Usyk much more trouble than Chisora or Huck. Nevertheless i think Usyk is another level and a much harder challange than past prime Ezzard Charles.

I don't think he could compete with Toney's advanced nutrition and sports science

Against the best cruisers, no! Against this bunch, still no.

I think qawi and holyfield definitely decision him.

Toney could be a decision either way in a banger fight.

I think he beats haye and bellew around the ring.

Only seen probably 2 de Leon fights so not sure on that one.

To begin with, I don't think Rocky would beat Holyfield. So the 49-0, IMHO, is not there for him.

De León - Marciano KO in 6

Qawi - Marciano KO in 10

Holyfield - Marciano SD (Holyfield was still green as grass as a CW)

    Toney - Marciano SD

Haye - Marciano KO in 9

Bellew - Marciano KO in 6

Marciano gets dropped by Holyfield, Haye & maybe Bellew. Toney fight could go either way.

Holyfield has to be the favourite to beat him

I'd probably take him over everyone bar Holyfield.

His record suggests that he made a career out of beating guys that on paper should have been favoured over him. Of course no man is unbeatable. Logic suggests that if he was to drop fights, it would be to Usyk and Holyfield.

The matured Holyfield was so well rounded. But the younger 190lbs Holyfield? I guess Rocky will wear him down like he did to Charles, Moore, Louis. Even they were past of their peak.

Cruiserweight is relatively new, but the most logical possible division that could have been invented.
Because there is too much of a difference between LHW 175 lbs and Tyson Fury's 275 lbs.
Marciano wouldn't beat Holyfield and Usyk to begin with that; nothing from 49-0.

I haven't seen enough of De Leon so i'm not going to comment on him.

Haye gets knocked out by Marciano. If he's getting stopped by a 40 year old Carl Thompson, and going life and death vs Jean Marc Mormeck, he's not beating Marciano. Remember Haye also had suspect stamina aswell, and having suspect stamina against a guy like Marciano who can throw 90-100 punches a round isn't a good match up for Haye.

Tony Bellew also gets knocked by Marciano by the mid rounds.

Qawi was better at Light Heavyweight than he was at Cruiserweight, i still think he gives Marciano all he can handle. The problem is i think Marciano could make Qawi go into a shell a little bit with his power. Remember when Spinks hit him hard with the right hand Qawi did indeed go into a bit of shell. I think Qawi is more skilled than Marciano but i'll go with the harder punching Marciano, remember Marciano used to crouch aswell. So the success Qawi had being short vs taller opponents using his head movement, i don't think would be as successful against Marciano's crouching style i'll go with Marciano by late KO.

As people have mentioned Holyfield was green at Cruiserweight, and this version of Holyfield who liked to go to war. Might be his undoing against the hard punching Marciano, i'm gonna go with Marciano in this one aswell.

Lastly i think Toney has the best chance of beating Marciano. Toney excelled against fighters who come towards him, Marciano would be getting counter punched left right and centre. Toney has the defence, the skills, the chin, to outpoint Marciano. One thing though is that Marciano liked to punch the arms on an opponent, i wonder if that would have an effect on Toney's shoulder roll. But i'm gonna go with Toney to outpoint Marciano in a bit of an upset.

toney and Moore fought very similar except Moore was the much deadlier puncher. Marciano beat Moore down. How could toney possibly do any better?
