If this fight is taking place under modern circumstances, Maricano would have to approach 200 pounds.

His career highest was like 193. You telling me an athlete of his caliber couldn't add just 7 pounds if he had to without losing everything that set him apart as an elite fighter? That's crazier talk than Marciano flying.

    It's impossible.

Then you aren't "comparing them". You are comparing a hypothetical chimera ,[ who never actually existed,] to try and make your case. It's prime for prime Jesus!

He never fought a quality 220pounder! OMG it gets worse!

When has it been proven that Marciano could beat a Lennox Lewis ,a George Foreman,a Sonny Liston?
When has it been proven that Marciano could take the punch of a Mike Tyson? A Razor Ruddock even?

Skin and bones? Stop the crazy hyperbole, please, it accomplishes nothing. Evander was always very muscular. He just got MORE muscular.

    Evander at 187...

Robust? You know in those publicity photos, he's at his walking weight over 200 or so. He is not 185 in this pic and clearly not in his fighting condition, it took brutal training camps to get him that low.

Maricano at actual 185 in the ring in LaStarza II.

How can they get matched as they exist when they would be in two different weight classes unless Marciano does the impossible and bulks up to be a HW.

Exactly, he never fought one! So for you to say he couldn't do this and couldn't do that is just as wild as claiming he could do this and that. You still don't get it, Tyson could take single shots fine but if you kept hitting him hard and often he faded and fell apart when he knew he couldn't win. If Marciano survives the opening rounds he takes Tyson apart.

so you did choose the photos that favored your argument.... you showed picks of the upper body of 187 pounder evander, and no pic of the skinny legs... and his arms looked skinny too, only looked muscular his chest, marciano looked robust on the ring at 185, at 200 he was a beach ball, he weighed 195 for the computer fight and he looked trash.

evander at 187 looked very slim, fibre and bone

For what fight did Marciano weigh 193 lbs?
What evidence is there that another 7 lbs would improve his
    performance viz a viz ?
    Power
    Speed
    Stamina
    Resistance to cuts
    Durability

    Or any other f*cking thing?lol.

So now you don't believe added weight improves power?
