Holyfield scaled 190lbs for his last cruiserweight defence .He scaled 215lbs for the 1st Tyson fight and 215 for the 2nd that's 25lbs and 28lbs respectively , not 7 lbs.Plus Holyfield is a good 4 inches taller than Marciano unless you've discovered way of stretching the Block Buster? Maybe a thicker toupee?

 

So no examples from you of 7lbs making an appreciable difference to a fighters power?
