If you watch Floyd against Judah, or even Mitchell and Corley, he gives almost no lateral movement. He stands in front of his man, looks to block their shots, and then start back with his own offense.

It takes a fluid-type boxer to beat Pacquiao imo, someone like a Marquez , or a Ray Leonard. Somebody with a lot of upper and lower body movement. I think that's why Amir Khan tends to hold his own fairly well against Pacquiao in sparring. Mayweather is more of a mechanical boxer. Very methodical, patient, and picky about what punches the throws.

Yeah but he also started to walk down Judah late in the fight .Manny's size could work against him in this fight . Mayweather is smart enough to knwo this look at how well it worked against JMM a guy who went life and death with Manny .Much diffrent when its a great big man in front you .

Pacquiao won't disrupt Mayweather, ok maybe for the first few rounds. However Mayweather will adapt/get into things. When this hapens, Pacquiao will be in trubble all night. He's going to come forward. Mayweather is going to see him comming and be able to respond. Pacquiao dose not have the style to give Mayweather problems for 12 rounds, or the power to take him out early.
Even if he were to make the adaptments to beat Mayweather he can't do them well enough to beat Mayweather.

Floyd isnt that big. He's bigger then he used to be, but he's still a relatively small-average size welter. The size difference wouldn't be all that much . Pacquiao has fought and beaten up much bigger guys.

Good video...i think early on like Bo said the feints and speed of Pac will definitely trouble Floyd early may even cost him and get him in trouble...

My only thing is what happens when he adjusts? Can pac do this with him?

I do not believe he has to use all this movement you guys keep referring too....simply stay at his range and fire and tie up. Pac is not going to be used to being tied up so often....and there will be times he will have to in-fight and i think Floyd takes the cake in that position.

Floyd also has fast feet and pac often times overextends himself and is off balance while lunging in...he did it with Mosley when he started moving....Floyd will make him pay.

JMM troubled Pac because he is a great counter puncher and he takes risks and throws with Pac...but i think thats because he does not have the defense of Floyd nor the reflexes of Floyd....i still feel if Pac opens up like he does Floyd will hit him sneaky counter shots that will hurt he does not have to throw those combos that JMM does because lets face it as good as JMM is he is not on Floyd's level at all and does not posess certain gifts....so he had to risk more....Floyd does not have to do this.

Also in no way shape or form am i saying Pac can't win or Floyd is unbeatable before some start flipping out. Im just saying in this fight Pac to me is not the person i feel comfortable with putting my money on.

Yeah but the bigger guys he beat up weren't as slick as Floyd with his defense .2 of them were just punching bags ..Its easy to look good against easy targets .

if floyd fans think that figtng pac is a breeze they are in for the biggest surprise of their life. pac never underestimates anybody. he's be prepared and he would not think of floyd as an easy fight!

i believe pac will win this one. either wide ud or KO!

    CHEERS!

Pac will hurt Floyd like nobody else. He will respect the power of pac and his gameplan will change much like everyone did. Floyd isnt a big puncher like Cotto and margarito, i dont think he even punches harder than Mosely. With this, Floyd will be troubled like no other fighter he's faced before.

That's right, and that's the reason why he's never lost a fight. When he has to, Floyd can adjust to anyone, and fight you you on your own terms, or he'll box. YOU think Pac can break Floyds defense down and I don't, bottom line. Floyds defense is a part of his offense.

Pacquiao can't beat Floyd boxing or brawling.

Pac will be hit back more than he hits Floyd, and if not, it means that Floyd is probably boxing flatfooted blocking, taking a few to land hard, efficient shots. Should the latter happen, it'll be a rap for Pacquiao.

Yup, that's actually the perfect example, and a good while ago. I suppose it depends on if Mayweather can still do that type of thing effectively against the best offense in the sport.

I think we can all agree, the mid-rounds are the most mysterious and enticing part of the fight to imagine (leading up to the end, of course.)
