I have completed my rewatch of their third fight. My scorecard remains the same.

    Barrera won rounds : 1,3,5,6,8 & 9
    Morales won rounds: 2,4,7,8,11 & 12

    Final scorecard: 114-114 DRAW

Having now rewatched the entire trilogy, I was reminded of how dirty of a fighter Barrera was. In his fights against Morales, he was repeatedly guilty of low blows, pulling his opponent's head down, and punching when the referee was separating them from clinch (on one occasion he even threw a rabit punch).

In the second round of their final fight, he even attempted to elbow Morales in the face. Video of the incident posted below:

20 years ago holy hell! I remember this like it was yesterday. Thats terrifying. What a legendary rivalry and an honor to be alive to witness it. I was watching the first fight on HBO when I was just entering highschool

Yeah, you're correct! I over looked it at the time because I was bigger fan of Barrera and was obviously biased..
