Nah, they look healthy enough to me. It's a combination of things. Black is slimming. :yep Plus, there's the contrast with the padded belt and the shirt on that make a bit of an illusion...and he wears most of his bulk on the topmost part of his frame besides. The legend in there with him also may have once been a fellow super bantam campaigner, but that was long ago. El Gordo is now looking a welterweight, with cankles.
