Marco Barrera Interview vs Cambell in 09

    On November 7th @ China MAB tko'd Sammy Ventura in 4 rounds. He is currently with Don King Promotions. After the fight MAB is now the #1 rated lightweight for WBO. He said he felt stong and will be set to fight Campbell in 2009.

    Great interview. I liked his comments regarding the Pac-DLH fight, sounds like a smart guy.

    Wow, he's targeting Campbell in '09. That would be a good test to see how much he's really got left.

    I'd prefer Campbell-Marquez at this point.

    Campbell better be ready because he'll get head-butt or hit on the break if Barerra start losing. Even if there's million of eyes watching Barerra is going to think that no one is seeing it, he think he's that slick.

    Barrera could win this. I don't buy all this "Barrera is shot" business. His last two defeats were on points to the top 2 fighters in the world. He's obviously not in his prime but he could still have a lot left.

    See his fight the other night? Just watch how he was moving, sluggish and aged looking. Despite fourth round TKO, he looked terrible in it.
