cunningham IMO will be negative in this fight, will fuight of the back foot 90% of the time and try to nick rounds wityh his jab.

he will move his feet and not want to engage.

huck will come forward, let his hands go and for the first few rounds struggle to get his timing v the ever retreating cunningham.

huck might take a few jabs and look a bit wild doing so as he loads up but he has good handspeed and puts combo9s together well so something will get through.

huck brings/pressure/good workrate/strength/ intensity /good combo`s to the table and he matches up size wise well to cunningham.

cunningham fights anything like he did v wlodcarcyk he loses .

huck has good power, but it is wear them down heavy handed blows more than 1 punch power and i expect cunningham to be there at the final bell and lose something like 117-111 on the cards having fought a saftey first fight not to get hurt rather than laying everything on the line trying to win.

cunningham has the right style to negate huck, if he stayed in the pocket, let his hands go,planted his feet to make huck respect his power, slipped hucks assault and fired back all the time.

but i do not see cunningham willing to take risks as a fighter, he would rather lose on points IMO than take the chances needed to win.

huck will be prepared to take those chances and will outwork cunningham over 12 rounds and be the new and well deserved champ.

Cunningham circles backwards and jabs off the back foot like he always does. Huck starts out tentative, losing some early rounds by getting countered on his way in, but as he gets more aggressive he starts taking more rounds. Huck is more talented than Cunningham and has the home ring advantage, so I just can't see him losing. By the end of the fight, Huck should have both the power and the workrate advantage.

I might fall asleep watching this fight due to Cunningham's safety-first style...maybe Green vs. Drews all over again?

But wait: I won't be at home, rather drinking some pints and party all night...

    Well spoken,sean!

You are right! Cunningham fights anything like he did against Wlodaryczk he loses!
Cunningham had two pretty close fights with the relatively harmless Pole who got a gift decision against Sergej Karanevich.
Huck plays in a different league. He is head and shoulders over Wlodarczyk in terms of power and mental toughness.
Besides Cunningham will fight in Huck's backyard in front of a very hostile crowd.
Whats more he has to overcome his reluctance to let his hands fly.A cat in gloves catches no mice!

score is 11-9 to huck at the moment.

i wonder how many of the picks have been by people who have actually seen both fighters in action.

its gonna be a VERY boring UD for Huck.

Huck keep his guard tight and is very gunshy. Its easy to be the agressor against him but hard to land clean. Huck also has shitty accuracy but a very fast release, decent power and good fundamentals (double jab, follow the right hand with a left hook, etc.) Huck's counterpunching is absolutely HORRIBLE and what he often does is wait for his opponent to be catching his breath before launching his own attack.

Cunningham also has horrible accuracy but a quick release. He throws some decent combinations and has more punches in his asenal than Huck. However his defence is ****. He relies on clinching and waiting for the break after throwing his flurries which is nice and dandy against an inside fight but doesn't really work against an outside fighter who wont allow you to get close enough to clinch. Cunningham has very shitty power.

Both have good stamina. All in all i think Huck is just better.

    Expect Huck to win.
