Sure if catches him flush with that Hook , I can see Chino being in big trouble . Yet I don't see Garcia having a high chance of knocking Chino out .

Maidana unpredictable style can bring a lot of problems to Garcia .

This is a dangerous fight for Danny , and I can see him on the canvas a couple of times .

Im leaning towards Maidana on this one .

not a bad fight for maidana id say a brutal fight with maidana scraping out a win

  3. Don't mind him, he only roots for black fighters. He's like the opposite of farm boxer. Equally annoying tho

Danny is more of a one punch ko kinda fighter and tho does have nasty power in that left, he loads up on it way too much and sometimes even telegraphs it. Lucas neutralized it for most of the fight as did Herrera, just cuz Danny is faster boxer doesnt mean he'd outbox Maidana. Chino may look quirky, flatfooted all the time, sloppy too, but he has underrated boxing skills, just look how he made Broner miss , and even at times outboxing Broner from long range, I think its Chino, with the more limited speed, who's better than Swift. Swift still fights straight up and is wide open when he launches the left hook. Ko waiting to happen, only cuz he's a big strong jr welter who looks like a welter has been keeping him from tasting the canvas. Chino is more versatile than Danny too. Chino is deadly with both hands, better combination puncher, better inside fighter, and better finisher. Chino that narrowly lost to Floyd demolishes Khan, Alexander, or Garcia. The best defensive fighter on the planet couldn't get him off him. Swift has leaky, questionable defense. Maidana TKO 7 Garcia

Nice post, maidana has looked like a totally different fighter since those losses.

Yall overating Garcia's power, he aint even a big puncher at 140, i am sure at 147 he would be featherfisted

He only has power in his left hand , that's pretty much all you have to watch out for .

If Swift was under Roberto Garcia, then you'd see him get his full potential unlocked. I forgot in which fight it was he was doubling with the right hand nicely. Chino doubles up on his rights too, tho he likes to body and head or vice versa like he did vs Soto Karass. I can see Danny having trouble with Chinos new found jab.

Garcia took flush shots from Mathysse and Holt so Maidana stops him? I don't see it. Maidana would have to huslt ehim and stop him by a beating, but Maidana does not have the gas tank. He has to take rounds off. He does it in every fight and he gives his opponent time to recover and come back.

To me its a 50-50 fight, a fight that could/should take place after Danny has a fight or 2 at 147.

    Agreed .

Danny also wont be able to time Chino's attack .

I can see there will be a point in the fight where Garcia will stand and go toe 2 toe with Maidana out of frustration of being bullied .

When that happens , Garcia is good as done . Nobody beats Chino toe 2 toe . Ortiz found that out the hard way .
